MANICURES
A manicure consists of filing and shaping the free edge of nails, pushing and clipping (with a cuticle pusher and cuticle nippers) any nonliving tissue (but limited to the cuticle and hangnails), treatments with various liquids, massage of the hand, and the application of fingernail polish.
PEDICURES
A pedicure is a cosmetic treatment of the feet and toenails, analogous to a manicure. A simple treatment that includes foot soaking, foot scrubbing with a pumice stone or foot file, nail clipping, nail shaping, foot and calf massage, moisturizer and nail polishing.

Your feet are soaked in warm oxygenated water, to stimulate and soften the skin. The cuticles are primed and groomed, nails are shaped to perfection and hard skin painlessly removed.

The healthy skin is then massaged, with the appropriate treatment cream; foot through to knee. Alleviating, tension and discomfort paying particular consideration to vulnerable areas bringing tired aching feet back to life.
